Education & Life experience: Chef Zubir education in Chef Training Diploma at MARA Institute of Technology in 1988. Education obtained would not be wasted when be one of the lecturer at the same institute, now known as Teknologi MARA, Malaysia. In addition, Chef Zubir has gained experience under the supervision of Chef Anton Mossiman in Exclusive Dining Club Belgrave Square,London. He has worked
as Executive sous Chef at Le Meridien,Kuala Lumpur as well as working on other top hotels in the capital. chef Zubir also involved in the international arena in cooking in Japan, Austria, America and Singapore but for the existence.
Restaurant Layout:
Love at the first sight! it was a good word to describe about the restaurant layout and space. Even though from the outside of the restaurant,same with the other food service restaurant, but when I reached inside the restaurant, I am speechless. The decoration of the restaurant not too luxurious, but almost relax and simple. Arts gallery on the wall from the right of entrance restaurant make me excited to look and other certificate and award that the owner put on his restaurant. I think the arts or piece of successful on the wall make people wonders on what is stick on the wall. And I think its cool! Boasts tile floors, and metal or wooden tables. The attention to detail is remarkable - check out the fabric - use chandeliers on light fixtures.

Entry into the steakhouse category at Laman Grill Restaurants is appealing to people who may wish to be part of a business that is simplified by a limited menu and that caters to a well-identified: steak eaters. Below are the type of menu from appetizers, main course can be divide into category; from the sea & from the farm or land. Desserts and beverages also included.

Menu From The Sea:
I take set menu "Norwegian Salmon Medallion serve with Vegetables Lentils Cassoulet and Spiced Green sauce". Even my menu not totally in full set,but it can satisfy my desire on salmon fish. At first, when I see my menu, I think maybe I could't swallow it. This is because salmon fish has its own taste which is "I don't really like". But during that dinner,I am able to finish it because might be from the way they marinate or cooked the salmon, undesired smell from salmon vanish. In addition, accompanied sauce (spiced green peas sauce) also one of the agents which is covered the taste of salmon, and I like It!
The Service: Friendly and attentive, the service staff are all we could hope.
My Streak Opinion:
I think, it was my first time experience in my life to come and enjoy the food in restaurant and for me it's quite exclusive. First impression about Laman Grill; cool! Relax! Welcoming Staff! Nice ambiance! and the most important, great taste of food and all that I can say...SUPERB FRESH FOODS! More thumbs up from me. Based on their trademark.."its all about taste!!! they achieved what they serve to us.
